Mask For Silky, Strong And Long-Hair

Every girl wants healthy, shiny, soft and long-hair that has become a dream nowadays. We usually use pre-packed or pre-mixed products, which are nothing but chemicals that provide only temporary solutions and on the other hand, we don’t have much time to go to salons every day. Even after spending a lot of money on spa or hair treatments, the results are next to nothing. 

Why not figure out a permanent solution to this!!

Did anyone ever smashed an egg on your hair?…. Omg!! That sounds so messy….right? But did you felt good about your hair after the wash? Of course, it must have felt disgusting. But after taking it off, it turned out beneficial as it made our hair more shiny, soft, and healthy. Yes! You heard it right natural ingredients are helpful for your hair. Like our body needs vitamins and nutrients, like-wise our hair also needs nourishment. So let me share some good old beneficial recipes for all your hair related problems. So we have already heard a lot about hair masks. It has been in the world for the longest time we have known, like Dadi, Nani nuskas those hidden nuskas are our real heroes and trust me, they will do miracles to your hair.

Egg hair mask

We know eggs are full of proteins and are beneficial for our bodies. But did you knew our hair is nothing but protein? Proteins are essential for our hair it makes them stronger, longer, and shiny. Therefore, this mask will do wonder for your hair, as you will notice that your hair is strong, healthier and longer. It will reduce hair fall and will increase hair growth as well.

Ingredients:

  • 2eggs or 3 Eggs as per your hair length

(Oily scalp should use egg white, Dry Scalp with should use only egg yolk and normal scalp should use the whole egg)

  • 3-4 tablespoons of ThyHerbs All Natural Hair Oil
  • 2tablespoons plain curd 
  • 1tablespoon milk 

Mix everything properly so that there are no lumps in the mixture. Massage this mask into your scalp at least for 15 mins. Keep this mixture in your hair for about 20-30 min and wash it off with cold or lukewarm water. This mask is very messy so, you can apply it in your bathroom or cover your hair with a shower cap after applying.

 

Banana mask

Another good source of protein is bananas. Banana is a good source of vitamins and potassium, which is very good for our hair. It will also work as a conditioner for your hair.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 overripe bananas
  • 1tablespoon honey
  • 2tablespoons ThyHerbs All Natural Hair Oil

 Mash banana in a clean bowl and add all other ingredients and mix everything well. Massage this mixture into your scalp for at least 15mins and keep it for 30 mins. Wash it off with lukewarm water. Check if the pack or any piece of banana is stuck in your hair, carefully run your fingers through your hair and carefully wash. Be a little gentle on your hair and properly take all the pieces out. Bananas will make your hair smooth and prevent them from breakage, split ends and will you will have long-hair .

 

Coconut oil hair mask

This oil is best for dull, dry and damaged hair. As it contains saturated fats, vitamin E, vitamin D and iron, it will make your hair long and shiny. This mask will keep your hair and scalp well hydrated, soft and remove all scalp related problems.

  •  2tablespoon coconut oil
  •  1tablespoon castor oil

You can change quantity as per your hair length and thickness. Massage this mask into your scalp and hair and leave it for 20-30 min you can also tie your hair in a bun and wrap in a shower cap, for more effective result apply this mask at night and leave it overnight and in the morning wash it off with your favourite shampoo. You will have soft, silky and long-hair.

Henna hair mask

Mehndi or Henna is commonly used to colour grey hair, but it also has many other benefits. With the right ingredients, it can be medicinal for your hair. Henna helps in reducing hair fall, increasing hair growth and makes your hair stronger. Its antibacterial properties protect your hair from dandruff and scalp itching.

  •  ½ cup henna either packed or homemade henna powder.

(I would suggest homemade henna)

(oily scalp should use egg white, Dry Scalp with should use only egg yolk and normal scalp should use the whole egg)

 Mix everything well so that there are no lumps. You can add water if the consistency is too thick. It should be a paste not so flowy and not so tick. Apply it to your scalp and stands nicely and leave it for at least 45-60 min and wash it off with cold or lukewarm water. Don’t wash your hair with shampoo at least for one day. The next day you can apply your usual shampoo and conditioner. Use this mix atleast once a week for strong and long-hair.

Tips
