Thyherbs

As we talk about Skincare, we usually see our skin as a whole but do we understand the little pigmentation we see or discolouring we face can’t be treated altogether. Certain areas of our face are meant to be treated differently, we just can’t take one product and go all over our face and expect it will do magic for our problematic areas.

There is various part of our face which are naturally dark as compared to our actual skin colour and there is nothing wrong with it. Like corners of your lips are supposed to be dark to give definition. Similarly, under eyes have a little bit of shadow, therefore it shouldn’t be a big concern. Some major problems which most of us face are due to lack of sleep, pollution or stress that causes dark circles, puffiness and hyperpigmentation.

Therefore, firstly we need to understand the problem and then concentrate on the related solution for it. We are dividing our remedies into 2 parts to make you understand the different solutions available according to the problem.

2 Cold Compress

In the morning or evening – or better yet, in the morning AND the evening – apply a cold compress for about 10 minutes. If you have a gel eye patch/mask keep it in your fridge and pull it out twice a day, that’s the easiest way to reduce puffiness. Just make sure to keep it clean and give it a good soapy scrub a few times a week! Else take ice cubes and wrap them in any clean cloth and press it on your under-eye area and your eyelids, you can also massage around your eye with it. This is the quickest, easy, most effective and most affordable way.
